Today is January 9th and I got sexy new specs.

Today:

• I had work at 8am. It was tough getting up at 6am. 
• I got up earlier than normal so I had time to make an awesome lunch and have some cereal. It was definitely worth it ‘cause my lunch was awesome.
• Work was pretty quiet today, the regional manager appeared in the afternoon, so everyone was on their best behaviour. I was supervising at that point so I had to look efficient. 
• I managed to get away at 4.50 today. Which was nice. didn’t take my last tea s i could nip along to the opticians. 
• I hobbled around all day today. As the day goes on my stupid sore toe gets worse. Ingrown toe nails are not the best. Stupid size 12 doc Martens have ruined my toe. 
• Tried to phone the Chiropodist but I need to go see my doctor first and fill out some form. Nothing is ever simple to book an appointment, one that will probably cost me a fortune.
• Met Sandro for a wee cheeky Iced Tea before we went home. I jumped on the bus home and he walked. I couldn’t walk anymore with this bloody sore toe, so I got home before him and managed to get all the dishes done before he appeared .
• Overall today has been an average day. Least the weather was a lot nicer today. Sorta put a smile on my face this morning.
